At the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, Missouri, a crowd of people stand in concentric rings around a track, watching what appears to be a parade, while people walk on a path through the center of the grassy plot in the middle of the track. There is a scaffolding at left and farther away a building that says "Hale Fire Fighters."
